Popular Streets: Ashton Close, Charnwood Close & Beaulieu Way – These streets located off Broadway offer a variety of terraced and semi-detached style houses. These property types prove popular with singles and small families. To maximise rental return from properties on these streets it is worth upgrading the electric storage heaters to gas central heating.
